anyone have experience with vue 3? what's in it that makes a significant difference (esp wrt dx) compared to vue 2?

@cblgh ..nothing, really. It's supposed to be faster than 2. I guess the biggest changes are quality of life if you use VS Code for editing (and with typescript). I stuck to Vue2 for personal projects and corporate world mostly equals frontend with React anyways.

@okr thanks for yr perspective! that's kind of the vibe that i got last time i looked into it. though i did find some smol quality of life stuff made its way into v3, like not having to wrap yr <template> content inside a div

@cblgh for bigger projects, the way you can structure the components in 3 to be more modular/reusable is a welcome change (as opposed to mixins which to me always felt opaque and hard to work with when overused).

@okr yeah, i think i only ever used mixins for one or two util functions & otherwise just stacked v-models. felt kinda kludgy ^^
