also a completely unrelated fact: when talking about this i have a more than 50% chance of saying but giome instead of gut biome, i have no idea what is up with that

was reading a book about gut-brain health & the importance of a healthy gut biome. to foster good gut health you need, among others, to bias the environment towards the good bacts.

apparently soluable fibers like inulin (prevalent in dandelion greens!) and resistent starches are great food for yr lactobacilli, which got me curious about resistant starches.
cooked & cooled potatoes + rice and greenish bananas all contain it, as does potato starch! one mad science milkshake later and here we are

shockingly decent mad science prebiotic i just concocted

* 5 ml lion’s mane powder
* 5 ml potato starch (this is the prebiotic)
* 5-10 ml cocoa powder
* 250-350 ml oatmilk
* couple sea salt flakea

where 5 ml <=> 1 teaspoon

pour milk first then powders into a blender & mix: ready for imbibing
