The law of user focus

When designing a program, one should first think about how to make an intuitive and powerful program. Implementation issues should only be considered once a user interface has been designed.

Sometimes I find implementation issues shaping my UI, but I always try to keep the focus on my ideal UI shaping my implementation. Even if that UI is an API or syntax for developers to use.

@ckipp @neauoire I usually follow this (termpose is a monument to that @_@), but I think it needs to be said, when you ignore difficulty of implementation, you're ignoring costs, the quality of what average people will be able to afford decreases, you will make fewer things.
