time to resume work on my orca cpu project! i spent a couple hours today making a first draft of the instruction set architecture. excuse the improvised notation

ah, looking at the screenshot now i realize i forgot to write down that G and P instructions are always 2 words, with op.d2 (2nd digit of opcode) specifying the register and the following word being the argument. all of this is subject to change anyways
@eel dope! Are you planning to use some digital hardware design stuff to make it run on an FPGA?

@eel oooooh I see now, I had it completely backwards! you're building a CPU in Orca, not a hardware Orca implementation!
since the ALU operates on 2-digit base36 words, i think it would make little sense to add bitwise logic
