My daughter has a new favourite activity: me squatting up and down while holding her up in front of my face. She laughs her butt off!

I was really sad to realise that I’m so out of shape that I get out of breath after only 5 reps… so I decided to get active. I went for my first run just now, about 1km around the block, and it kicked my ass. Was wheezing, heart rate through the roof, etc. Back home, the endorphins kicked in, and I suddenly feel good!


Will try this same short route again and again until it’s not kicking my ass anymore, and then I’ll expand.
