I've been dabbling a lot with Stable Diffusion lately, and while image generation implies numerous ethics issues, it also has a few interesting consequences.

One of them is I've discovered loads of talented contemporary artists I had never heard of, and rediscovered many old masters I had forgotten. Beyond the capitalist exploitation of this technology, there's a portal to a whole world of culture and history to explore, and I find this fact even more fascinating than the resulting images.
