I am tired all the time. Mentally, emotionally and physically. Always. I just keep going though because what else is there to do.


@jameschip What else? Get better balance of sleep/rest and work, change up diet, cut out blue light from screens, do a time inventory, a mind map, a todo list (where you put WONTFIX on half the items), mindfulness exercises. Sorry for the DM but figured it was the least-bad of the scopes.
