For a tasty treat simply roast chickpeas in shawarma spices until a little crispy.

Top humus with them. Throw them in a salad.

I like them in sliced cucumber, tomato, red onion and gherkins.

@jameschip I need to eat roasted chickpeas slowly and with some water nearby and with the water, small sips rather than big gulps.

@Sandra I just shovel these in, which is probably not a good idea, but they are moorish.
