Someone on Twitter mentioned that in some regions of Germany, a common idiom for whenever there's mist in the forest is "The foxes are making coffee", and thought the image was evocative enough for an illustration.

Well, I took the bait! 🦊☕

openscore.cc is a project that wants to liberate sheet music from copyright and from paper! They invite and coordinate volunteers to transcribe public domain scans from imslp.org using musescore.org. Should be a great learning experience! 🎼

I propose to launch a campaign called #ShareATool.

Everyone can share their favorite #opensource tool(-s) that use on a daily basis as well as other interesting tools for your opinion.

No software categories. The main requirement is that the project must be open source.

I want a web browser not an advertising platform.

Are there any crypto experts out there? This isn't an original idea, but I made a little password generator that takes in a domain, username or email, and master password, and spits out an HMAC-SHA256-hashed hex code to be used as a password. How awful of an idea is this?
