looking back at me when I was trying to quit social media, it's telling how flimsy my reasoning was, realizing it was just a wild addiction to perceived validation

And in actuality, that was just taking the place of dealing with my own inner work


it's one of those funny things where if I was able to go back and talk to myself, my past self would have done nothing different. It sucks, but was necessary for me to take that long and get to the point I got to before I finally pulled the plug
