@neauoire I should maybe mention that my sprouts haven't begun yet, but I've used the jars for composting all of my tea leaves for the past 4 months.

I've got some decent composted soil going on here and it's extremely easy...

I just am not sure about whether I should add anything or not, but I'll look that up later. For now, it's composting - and soon I'll try sprouting the mung beans I bought...

@neauoire did you tried brine only (no vinegar) version ?
