Doing a little bit of progress on the orca implementation each day.

Implemented most of the ui and the base36 tools. Gotta finish the operators and start implementing the synths and midi stuff.

@neauoire are you calling out to the orca cli version, or rebuilding in uxambly?

@floatvoid rebuilding all in uxambly. It'll end up being a 3kb rom for uxn. It will have its own onboard synths as well as midi out.
