We have too many fermentation projects right now, so I've started building a pickling shelf, that we'll install in the dark space under the sinks.

@neauoire going to need to get some larger jars so you can take advantage of harvest prices and so you can ferment less frequently.

Unless of course iteration cadence is a pro.

@neauoire thats really good to hear. My fridge is full of bread&butter pickles ATM.

Pretty soon we'll be digging out the giant caning pressure cooker. We're going to have several rounds of tomatoes this year.
