is like dither_c, but with rotation argument, 0.1*TWO_PI in the screenshot, but slowly modulating the angle will give lots of morphing moire landscapes

@nff i'm using them inside my own luajit + shader interpreter, based on raylib


but my .frag follow the kind of syntax you find in the book of shaders, so expecially this dither studies should run out of the box with glslViewer
