i was sick for about five days this past week and it was pretty rough, i slept a lot and literally had no energy for physical exertion.

i have been feeling better since friday though and i am very glad that my physical stamina returned quickly, since i had yoga teacher trainings this weekend and i ended up using a lot of muscle groups that i seldom even think about, let alone use. we also did blindfolded yoga practices which was quite fun!
