I hate insurance companies that require me to talk to a human. This has to be the worlds most automate-able service imaginable.
Automated call service: you can't pay this bill via credit card. Call the human "thats not right gimme your info".
This is labour I am doing for the insurance company that could be, checks notes, using the number on file.
Now I won't interact with them for another year and forget to cancel and use a decent company with online/automated tools. (avoid State Farm at all costs)
