Goals for the week:

- Plan my next raised bed garden
- Ship my hyper minimal website/blog engine.

This might be fixed if you run a SASS with multiple customers. But as a contractor or consultant you don't always have a choice. Especially when faced with laying off staff or working with a disgusting human.

My only goal right now is to cut my expenses and retire early. That way I can burn every single bridge I'm forced to maintain so that I can continue to exist in capitalism and support my family.

Built my own static site generator in Elixir last night. It was actually quite easy and refreshing.

It would be so cool to sail and or live in a sailboat. Except the one time I sailed I was turning so green the captain calmly took me to the back of the boat without saying anything and handed me some ginger and ginger ale.

Its hard to describe but it feels like I am waking up from 6ish years of sleep. I feel more interested and excited than I have in a long time except this time it is not really about software.

8 years ago I went ham with clojure but none of my friends were interested. Had I stuck with it/clojurescript I would still be using it and have missed all of the noise.
