Back in the days when most books were made of folded pages sewn into signatures, it was a lot more common to see books with "unopened" pages which had to be cut apart by the reader as they progressed in the book. I'm using a similar technique for the small pages of and I was wondering if you would prefer to have the pages already cut or to cut them yourself?
