decided to downsize the kombucha production because i was getting overwhelmed about it.

today i bottled ~2lt and prepared another ~2 in a batch to have a total of ~4lt in production (instead of the almost 15lt we got at some point πŸ˜…)

the (now classic) soy cheese i make, perfect to accompany tlacoyos and tacos
