I've had an espresso machine for almost three years now and I'm loving it every day, but espresso requires so much precision.
For example, here, I'm not getting the right grind fineness and the almond milk I used for my latte didn't quite foam correctly. I'm going to have to shim my grinder again and perhaps try the barista soy milk from the store down the street—but it still tastes pretty powerful and delicious. ☕️
