A commissioned drawing to honor a decommissioned chimney. I'm overjoyed to finally have it up 🤩, it transforms this room where I spend so much time, and gives to what was once an awkward corner an appropriate layer of mystique.

i basically just took the black pill on public transit--i mean trains

cars are the worst method of transport, they are 2 tons of metal and plastic per person will never be environmentally friendly no matter how efficient they are

putting roads in the middle of living spaces disrupts pedestrian traffic and are much more costly to maintain then rail tracks

also you can just integrate them into existing rail networks which we are only using for cargo for some reason???

thank the american dream!

The air is still full of smoke from the forest fires, it feels like the whole day is stuck at dusk.

@tty I love exploring ruins of factories and such, the northeastern US is absolutely covered with them. Many of them still have lots of old documents/equipment inside. I've been in abandoned warehouses full of old cranes and heavy machinery that hasn't been used for decades. I'd love to be a scrapper/archivist whose job is to wander around places like these, A. scanning documents to archive what the place used to be and B. tagging equipment that can be scrapped for materials or even refurbished and brought back to life.

Revel in the marvels of the universe. We are a collective of forward-thinking individuals who strive to better ourselves and our surroundings through constant creation. We express ourselves through music, art, games, and writing. We also put great value in play. A warm welcome to any like-minded people who feel these ideals resonate with them.
